I came into the ER in horrible pain. I was taken back after about an hour. Sabreena was my nurse. She made sure I was comfortable, got me pain meds, blankets, and told me what was going on step by step to ease my concerns. I ended up having two pulmonary embolisms. I wanted to stay at Proctor, and she tried to get me a room, but explained that I needed to be transferred to Methodist and admitted. It was two in the morning by this time, and I was starving. She went out of her way to get me a sandwich. She also stayed over several hours because they were short-staffed. She is wonderful! Knowledgeable, kind, and caring!!
