During my seven-day stay in the CCU, Jay took very good care of me. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He communicated with me very well. His explanations were easy to understand. He is a very skilled nurse, and I very much appreciated his specialized knowledge and skills. He was a very pleasant nurse to be with. I appreciated all his help during my stay.
