I was admitted to 4 East at Memorial Hospital in Miramar and had the opportunity to meet Nurse Yeny Fernandez. She made my stay very pleasant. She told me every detail about my medication before she administer them to me. I had an acute stroke, and her positive words of encouragement really brought my mind at ease. Having this diagnosis had me very concerned. She explained all my test results in detail. Yeny went above and beyond her duties. She took me for a walk to improve my mobility and even sat with me for a few minutes, providing words of encouragement and motivation to keep my mind at ease. I sincerely appreciate how she made me feel under her care.
