My father was hospitalized here for about two weeks. During his stay, there was one nurse in particular who helped my father feel more confident about being here. He explained everything that was happening with my father and showed great patience and compassion. He even taught us how to care for him and administer his medications.

As a family member of a patient, communication is extremely important for the well-being of our loved ones. I am very grateful to Mr. Jose for the attention and care he provided to my father. I felt at ease knowing that Jose was my father’s nurse.

To whom it may concern, please take into consideration that nurse Jose is also willing to work overtime, as there is not enough staff to properly care for all the patients. My heart will be eternally grateful to Mr. Jose for the extraordinary work he does. He is always mindful of his patients’ needs.
