My husband was admitted to the eighth floor; he had cognitive issues and decreased endurance for mobility, and is a big fall risk and will eventually need inpatient rehab. Taylor’s nursing skills are very apparent whenever she works with him.

I feel very sure of her ability and understanding of the need to keep him safe while he’s waiting for placement at an inpatient rehab facility. She makes me feel more relaxed about his safety because she visits frequently, responds to the bed/chair, alarms quickly, and reminds him repeatedly about safety.

Taylor executes the nurse's turnover smoothly and thoroughly. She displayed a dedication to her profession, a thorough grasp of the nursing skills needed specifically for neurologically involved patients, and had a calming and cheerful countenance.
