Julia is a hidden gem on the night shift staff. She took the time to study all the notes on the patient's condition. When monitors showed concerning readings, she would check on the patient before we even knew there was a concern. She is very knowledgeable about body systems and procedures used to correct preexisting conditions. She's very kind and patient. My husband pulled his IV out in the middle of the night, and she immediately brought in technicians to replace it. Often the unsung heroes are the people who are overlooked. Julia is one of those people. She genuinely cares for her patience you could see her kindness with talking to us, and she always is encouraging I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. She is a valuable asset to Inspira Hospital, Mullica Hill. Thank you, Julia! You were our night “Angel.”

Being in the hospital can be unsettling. When you have a nurse who goes beyond her duties and makes you comfortable both physically and mentally, being cared for is a huge part of recovery. Julia has become a friend as well and my nurse. Her ability to be happy while performing her duties shines through. I wish all nurses could be like her, caring and compassionate. Julia's goals are beyond her abilities to help and show her true personality. She's one of the best nurses I've ever had!

I would like to recognize Julia and how good a nurse she is. Nowadays, you don't find too many nurses who are OK with being in the job for the right reasons. Very caring, patient, she is. Goes above and beyond. She communicates very well. What a great person to have on your team. Happy to have her as my nurse.

My extraordinary nurse was Julia! In June, I was diagnosed with uterine cancer. I spent a good part of the summer of 2025 as an inpatient here at Inspira, and once for 10 days at Jefferson Hospital in August 2025. The ambulance brought me there, so I do have some real experience with many nurses. This is about Julia. When I arrived in my room, I was in awful pain and desperately needed a nicotine patch. I swear, Julia was like a ray of sunshine. All the dark clouds went away with her care for me. She made sure I calmed down. She reached down, and she reached out and worked hard to get my pain under control. She somehow turned my attitude around as she was kind and empathetic, and she really listened. As you know, nurses have a very hard job; on top of all her work, she built a one-on-one relationship with me, and this helps me tremendously. I didn't think I’d live through this major surgery. I swear it’s the Inspira nurses who make this hospital extra special, and Julia is an impeccable example of an extraordinary nurse. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she also took the extra minutes to talk to me. She's so kind and generous with her time; she changed my entire attitude, and a good attitude is overall healing. I was so happy to know I would have her a second night; I knew I could count on another good night. Inspira is so lucky to have her. Our nurses here are the best! They make you feel like family, and your Julia is the best of the best!

I wanted to write this to thank her for going above and beyond with my care period. This was very scary for me. I hear cancer, and I think of death. So, I must say again that Julia changed my entire attitude. I'm so grateful that Julia was my nurse at this horrifying time in my life. It's amazing how one person can make such a difference.

Julia is very kind, caring, and gentle. I've been feeling unwell with UTI and a procedure. She just worked around me and also made me feel like I was no bother, even if I had to ring the bell a few times. I like her a lot and enjoy her pleasantness during the night.
