Natalie is one of the most compassionate nurses I have ever worked with. Even in an extremely fast-paced and chaotic environment, Natalie consistently treats every patient with kindness, dignity, and the same care Natalie would give a member of her own family. Her empathy goes far beyond expectations and is evident in every interaction. I have personally witnessed her comfort patients and families during their most vulnerable moments, often transforming fear and uncertainty into reassurance and trust. Her presence alone can change a patient’s entire experience. In addition to her exceptional bedside care, Natalie is a strong leader and an excellent nurse who excels in every role within the department. Natalie is also a remarkable teacher and mentor, guiding nursing students with patience, grace, and acceptance, and positively shaping our unit's culture and the future of nursing.
