I would like to formally nominate Annabelle from NTSB for the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses. During the stay, Annabelle provided care that went far beyond expectations. From the very beginning, she demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern not only for my wife’s medical needs but also for our emotional well-being. Their calm presence, patience in explaining every step of care, and constant encouragement made a very difficult situation far more manageable.

What stood out the most was the detail to the patient care she was providing, which came with such ease. Annabelle listened to us and brought comfort while advocating and supporting everyone. This act reflected not only clinical excellence, but also the very heart of nursing, treating patients as people and not just a diagnosis. Because of Annabelle, we felt safe, respected, and truly cared for. They represent the very best of nursing.
