Mary never complains about doing work; she just does it.
I am a charge nurse in the emergency room, and we occasionally will get float pool nurses to help with our holds. On 2/16/2026, our ER had 16 holds, a full ER when I walked in at 0700. Mary was floated to the ER on this day and was very helpful. With 16 holds, the ER still saw 70 patients from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. I was in charge of a full team, including a cardiac arrest.
In the ER, we all work as a team very well. Mary took multiple patients that were not even hers to rooms upstairs because she knew we needed rooms for ambulances. She doesn't work in the ER, but I can tell you how incredibly helpful she is every time she is floated here. Mary never complains about doing work; she just does it. Thank you, Mary!
