From all of my experiences in the hospital, this has truly been my best stay because of the care, compassion, and professionalism you showed me during a very difficult time. I had just been given some very bad news about my health and was feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, and unsure how to move forward.

Ms. Maneeca, you came into my room and took the time to sit with me and have a conversation that I genuinely needed and will never forget. She spoke to me not just as a patient, but person to person, even sharing a little about your husband and her own life so that I felt understood on a personal level, not just a clinical one.

She gave me comfort, clarity, and hope when I could not find those things on my own. She helped me see a light at the end of my tunnel and made me feel safe and supported with my diagnosis and treatment plan. Her words and presence will stay with me for the rest of this journey.
