We would like to nominate Marie for the DAISY award because she is truly an exceptional nurse and teammate. Marie consistently goes above and beyond, not only with her patients but also with her co-workers. She always steps in to help without hesitation, whether it's answering call lights, assisting with difficult situations, supporting during busy shifts, keeping committee work up to date, in addition to her own ADT role. She is a blessing for us as the ADT nurse. Her compassion for her patients is remarkable; she listens to them, advocates for their needs, and ensures they feel respected and cared for. She leads by example, showing professionalism, empathy, and excellence every day. Her presence raises the standard of care in both units. Thank you, Your Peers
