Went to the ER for a bug bite, and it turned out to be Lyme disease. Not only was Nurse Ednah extremely professional, but she also took bedside manner to a whole new level. Talked about her life experiences, her pets, where she was from, and so much more. My daughter, who is Autistic and generally does not do well in social settings, was with me. Nurse Ednah had her chatting up a storm. Her warm personality not only made us both feel extremely comfortable, but also took our minds off the fact that we were in the Emergency department. Her perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness is truly something that should be celebrated.
