My brother was in the ER having stroke-like symptoms. He was given TNK and taken to IVR for a thrombectomy. He is from out of town, and Sydney went above and beyond tracking down his belongings.

Everything was moving so fast; his belongings were lost somewhere between home and his procedure. Sydney took the time to search the ER, CT, and IVR departments for his wallet. When she couldn't locate it, she contacted several EMS crews to locate it and safely return it.

Sydney made his wife feel comfortable and took the time to explain what was happening so she understood. The time and care she gave made us feel like we were leaving our loved one in capable hands.
