Suzanne came in on my third day at the hospital and was incredibly kind and compassionate. She had a calming effect and helped ease my worry and anxiety about being admitted for so long. She sympathized with me and provided words of encouragement, and her care for me was soothing. Further growing my trust in her was her also asking about my newborn son and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. She provided encouragement for my husband, who was nervous about learning to pack and care for my wound (c-section site). We looked forward to seeing her the next night, and my husband was able to relax and sleep knowing I was being well cared for! We love and appreciate Suzanne for going above and beyond!
