I would like to recognize Andrew for the outstanding care he provided to my grandmother during her stay. From the very beginning, Andrew showed compassion, respect, and genuine dedication to her well-being. He was always on top of everything — making sure she was comfortable, clean, and cared for with the highest level of professionalism.

What stood out most was how attentive and patient he was. He never made us feel like any question or concern was too small, and he always took the time to explain what was going on in a kind and reassuring way. It was clear that he truly cared about his patients, not just as part of his job, but from the heart. Our family felt comforted knowing that my grandmother was in such capable and caring hands.
