Erica has been my home health nurse since February. If you talk about going above and beyond, that’s Erica. She sees your needs and works her butt off to help or make it happen. She made sure my doctor's office kept up on my medicine. She was very comforting throughout everything I had to do and explained things to me when I didn’t understand. She never made me stop talking when I needed to get something off my chest, and she helped me when she could. I got through a lot of troubles because of her. She’s a sweet, kind, and understanding person. 5 stars out of 5.
