Kim is very patient with our patients and gives them plenty of time to comprehend. She is so very sweet to everyone and has a really kind heart. Kim is a selfless team player and an integral part of the USA Endocrine and Diabetes Clinic.

She is an extension of my care. It warms my heart to hear her talking to our patients on the phone with such care and compassion. She takes time with each patient to make sure that they fully understand any instructions needed. She goes above and beyond to help each one of them with any problems they may be experiencing. 

She is very detail-oriented and focused on each problem and works on it to the fullest of her ability. She was always willing to help in any way possible, and I could not do the clinic without her. I am forever grateful for all that she does for me and for our patients. Kim is the epitome of the DAISY Award.
