Ella no solo es una profesional excepcional, también es una persona profundamente humana.
En una ocasión, atendimos a una paciente con sangrado del tubo digestivo, una situación delicada que la mantenía constantemente temerosa y angustiada durante su estancia en el hospital.
Ella, con su calidez y empatía, no solo se limitó a brindar una excelente atención clínica, sino que se convirtió en un verdadero apoyo emocional para ella. Cada día le dedicaba palabras de aliento, la tranquilizaba con paciencia y cariño. Pero su cuidado fue más allá: se tomaba el tiempo de peinarla, hacerle trenzas y, con una voz suave, le cantaba canciones de Ha*Ash, sus cantantes favoritas.
Gracias a esos gestos llenos de compasión, la paciente Teresa comenzó a sentirse más tranquila, más segura. Ese vínculo humano fue, sin duda, una pieza clave en su recuperación.

On one occasion, we cared for a patient with gastrointestinal bleeding, a delicate situation that kept her constantly fearful and anxious during her stay in the hospital.
With her warmth and empathy, she not only provided excellent clinical care but also became a true source of emotional support for her. Each day, she offered words of encouragement, calming her with patience and kindness. But her care went further: she took the time to comb her hair, braid it, and, with a gentle voice, sing songs by Ha*Ash, her favorite singers.
Thanks to those compassionate gestures, the patient began to feel calmer and more secure. That human connection was, without a doubt, a key part of her recovery.
