Not just once but twice, I have been incredibly impressed by Ellie’s passion for nursing and her patients.
My wife underwent total knee replacement surgery twice, once in the fall and again on the other knee just three months later. In both cases, Ellie was her post-operative nurse. As the sole family member present, I was fortunate enough to watch Ellie provide exceptional care to my wife during her recovery period post-surgery.

Not just once but twice, I have been incredibly impressed by Ellie’s passion for nursing and her patients. She is most definitely one of the most caring nurses I have ever seen, attending to my wife’s every concern and patiently answering every question she had while providing exceptional care.

While it was very clear she takes her profession seriously, executing the mechanics of nursing in an incredibly competent manner, it is her bedside manner that sets her apart. Her ability to communicate with her patients in a personable and caring manner while tending to their needs is a shining example of what all of us look for in a nurse.

During my wife’s time in recovery, Ellie was an absolute rock star communicator. She went out of her way to find ways to connect not just about her medical needs, but about life as a mom and military spouse. This put my wife at ease and made her recovery so much better. While I am certain you have many wonderful nurses on staff, to be able to say we felt like a good friend took care of my wife while she was there made her experience exceptional.
