Melissa is recognized for her leadership exemplifies these qualities through her consistent demonstration of compassion, kindness, and professionalism. In the nomination submitted by a patient’s family, the mother highlighted her clear and thoughtful communication, as well as her willingness to take the time to truly listen, engage with concerns, and provide education. She answered questions with both clinical expertise and a warm, supportive approach that put the family at ease.
