Growing up in our unit (first as a PCT, then HUC, and now RN), Shaqura has a deep understanding of every role and its unique demands. Because of this, she never hesitates to step in and help, no matter the task or who needs support.

She embodies gratitude in action, reinforcing patient and family-centered care through her teamwork and willingness to serve wherever she is needed.

During leader rounds, she always knows exactly what is going on with each of her patients. Her ability to form genuine, comforting personal connections is truly one of her greatest strengths.
