My wife received great care from all the staff. They were professional and compassionate. My wife came to the ER confused and scared. She was then admitted for testing. This was very upsetting for me, and I didn't know what to do or say. There was one nurse who not only helped me with my wife, but she also helped me. She reassured me that I was doing all the right things for my wife. I am not good at putting into words what I want to express, but I would like to thank Ali V and nominate her for a DAISY Award.

Being the wife and patient was hard enough, but Ali was a calming presence! She was always smiling and ready to do her job! It was always the patient who came first. It wasn’t just me either; I listened to her with the other patients. I am so thankful that she was able to help my husband as well. She was able to help him understand what was going on calmly.
