Kayla was our lifeline. I literally do not know what we would have done without her. After my discharge, the visiting nurse I was supposed to have was canceled. Kayla scheduled me to see her personally and set me up with a new visiting nurse.

She got a hold of as many samples as she could to see me through until the new visiting nurse could order my supplies. Kayla set up two office visits to keep an eye on me and help me find the right products. She then made the effort to be there for me when I had my follow-up with the surgeon.

Kayla deserves all the appreciation and recognition that you can give her!
