I want to take a moment to recognize Nurse Kaitlyn Keith, who provided truly exceptional care during my recent ER visit for a broken finger. I have been in medical settings many times in my life, but I can confidently say that Kaitlyn is the best nurse I have ever encountered.

The level of compassion, skill, and genuine humanity she showed went far beyond standard care. It was something special, something that deserves recognition.

From the moment she entered the room, Kaitlyn carried a calm confidence and a warm presence that immediately put me at ease. I was in pain, frustrated, and honestly nervous, but she treated me with patience and kindness from start to finish.

She explained every step of the process clearly and took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and why. She never rushed me, and she never made me feel like a burden, even during a busy ER shift.

What stood out most was her heart. Kaitlyn checked on me frequently without being asked, managed my pain with care, and made sure I was physically and emotionally comfortable. She talked to me like a real person, not just a chart or another case for the day.
