On a Friday evening during a 16-hour ANC Shift, Nicole was in the ANC, and we had a flood that affected several floors of the main hospital, including the pharmacy. Nicole led the charge for herself and a few helpers from EVS and pharmacy to clean out the shelves of the pharmacy, saving thousands of dollars in medication loss while wearing rain ponchos made of trash bags. Nicole's leadership, staff, and patient advocacy aiding the CVIC community are invaluable.
