Sarah is a magnificent healthcare professional; she not only managed my pain down to our set goal (which was 5 on a scale of 1-10, and the first and only time), but she also got me right intellectually, emotionally, and mentally when I had an unexpected, unsafe moment of anxiety pertaining to who was to take care of me the previous night.

Sarah gets grace because of her position and the fact that she made it right and profusely apologized for any setbacks, misunderstandings, and procrastinations. I had the most contented, painless, and peaceful sleep under her watchful eye, and she deserves all the honors, respect, and acknowledgment.
