Iris has been caring for my mom over the past several days while my mom is in hospice. As you can imagine, this is an extremely difficult situation to navigate, and it breaks our hearts to see my mom like this. What makes it easier is extraordinary nurses like this associate. She has shown compassion to my mom and our family by ensuring all of my mom's needs and the family's needs are met.

This nurse advocated for my mom to ensure she is getting the best possible care. I never had to ask this nurse to change my mom's position, change her blanket, or give her a bath because she did these things each and every day. Although my mom was not able to eat, Iris would order a tray of food for her in the mindset that she may just want one single bite. It was comforting knowing that while I couldn’t spend all my time at the bedside, I knew she was getting quality care. Thank you to Iris for treating my mother like your own. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without you. You deserve all the recognition for your hard work and dedication to your patients. Thank you!
