Reggie hears me out with sincerity and no sign of annoyance when I come with questions or requests. He's very calm, reassuring, thorough, and nice.

A specific example of recognizing that was that my roommate has OCD and spends a lot of time in the bathroom because of her condition. So he reassures me and lets me calm myself outside of the room and allows me to use the public restroom. He recognizes the situation and finds a way to accommodate us all while keeping everyone safe.
