Olivia received 3 nominations:

1. My fiancée was the patient, discharged this afternoon. Whenever he needed anything, and often right on schedule down to the minute, Olivia arrived at the door with everything promptly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge/experience, and kind manner surpass that of any nurse I've personally witnessed or ever received care from. The Healthcare system needs more nurses like Olivia, and she deserves the recognition, support, and appreciation. She raises the bar and hopefully inspires those around her to rise up as well. People like her make a difference.

2. Olivia was the best of nursing. She has high standards of care, is extremely professional, very kind, very technically on top of things, and flexible with the patient’s needs. Make sure all the medications were taken care of, and a wonderful connection with her colleagues on the floor, all colleagues, and a great connection with the patient. Thank you very much.

3. Olivia went out of her way, coming up with every pain-killer lotion, patch, and medication to allow me to sit up and enjoy my meals! She came in with a new lotion that we hadn’t tried yet, just so I could eat lunch! I almost cried this time it was happy tears. Her sunny disposition and extra caring demeanor made my world a happy, happy place! 

Olivia is the only nurse who can keep my pain under control! My pain is mind-bending, and she is so instinctively caring and organized that it made me cry again. Alivia is the perfect example of an exemplary nurse extraordinaire.
