Jen is the Assistant Manager of Medical Surgical, but she is so much more. Jen not only supports new RNs, CNAs, and HUCs on her unit, but she also mentors and supports our Youth Apprenticeship program here at FHFMH.

Jen is a jack of all trades. Many times, she is the Charge RN on the Medical Surgical unit. Jen also assists with setting up new hire orientations and preceptors to ensure the staff feels supported. She is also, most often, the educator within the department, rolling out new equipment, workflows, or policies. She does this all with grace and a smile on her face.

I am most proud of how she builds relationships amongst her team. Jen really listens and cares about her team. We have seen our YA program excel, and this is truly because of Jen's support. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being the "jack of all trades" educator, mentor, preceptor, and leader you are.
