Kristina personally contacted the physician ahead of time, clearly communicating not only the foot injury but also other health concerns, including elevated blood pressure, sharing trends they had been carefully monitoring week after week.

She worked collaboratively to arrange free transportation and, just as importantly, took the time to ensure the client felt comfortable, respected, and willing to attend an appointment he had avoided for years.

When the client did not arrive for his scheduled transportation, Kristina's response spoke volumes. There was no frustration. No judgment. No disappointment directed outward.
