I would like to share my story about how Cynthia made my stay at MMC better. There are people who choose nursing as a career, and then there is Cynthia. She has a way of walking into a room and instantly making it feel lighter, safer, and welcomed.

What makes Cynthia so special is not just her skills; it is the way she saw me as a patient and a person. Cynthia noticed the small things. For example, when I was walking in circles, I wanted to walk beyond the doors down the hall. She was not even my nurse that day, and she took me for a walk to look out the window.

She went above and beyond. Cynthia does not just care for her patients; she genuinely cares for them. I know because I was blessed to be her patient.
