I would like to express my deepest gratitude and sincerest appreciation to nurse JC, who took part in the care of our father in the hospital.  His calm demeanor and voice made my father feel at ease in the hospital. His exceptional care, extending efforts to explain each procedure, the purpose of medication, and side effects, assured my father that he could be well soon.

Though my father is difficult to deal with and always irritated, Nurse JC is very patient with him. He manages him with humor, like cracking jokes, and has a good conversation with my father.
