Dawn is a highly dependable and exemplary leader who consistently prioritizes education, communication, and safety while serving as a mentor and role model for her team across all shifts.
From an education perspective, Dawn is a "count on it" leader. She is consistently addressing education, communications, and safety concerns in her department. Dawn ensures colleagues are aware of the safety and education board. She participates in most education councils and meetings.

Dawn can be seen on off shifts like nights and weekends to ensure all needs are met. During UKG, she held her own nightshift UKG colleagues' education classes. Dawn is a manager who not only strives to be an exceptional leader but also an educator, mentor, role model, and nurse.

Dawn is always communicating with our team on what is expected and how well everyone is doing. She always makes sure to check in with everyone when her busy schedule allows. I am grateful for the time she takes out of her busy day to speak with the team one-on-one.

Dawn is the model of professionalism, always making sure to be fair and listen to everyone. She is patient, listens to everyone's complaints, and doesn't let negativity bring her down. She leads by example and promotes respect, compassion, equality, and kindness.

She has always been quick to respond to my messages. Dawn has helped me resolve issues swiftly and efficiently, even taking the time to do so on the weekends. Dawn always leads with the values of Trinity Health in mind. I have never once seen or heard her act in a way that did not uphold our organization's values.

I am grateful for everything Dawn does for Courtyard East. She is always working hard behind the scenes to make sure we have what we need and to support our staff to the best of her ability. I know many never say it, but we are thankful for all the little things you do for us.

Thank you, Dawn, for being the rock that holds our unit together.
