Dipika went above and beyond my expectations. She has the best bedside manner and is very knowledgeable, prompt, polite, and professional. If she says she will be there in 15 minutes, she is there in 15 minutes.

When she examined my wound and noticed the hematoma, she immediately called the cath lab nurses. Her follow-up after the hematoma was resolved was exceptional. She was very empathetic to my bruises and made sure I wasn’t in any pain during the examination. She always let you know when she was leaving and informed the next nurse on duty where I was with my treatment and medications.

I really appreciated her kindness, and any patient would be lucky to have her caring for them.
