I only got one day with Martin, and I really wish I had had him prior because he actually made this day enjoyable. I don’t laugh much anymore, as I just buried my daughter, husband, and father in the last couple of years, but he had me laughing so hard it took the deaths off my mind for a while.

He is also very knowledgeable and actually saved me thousands of dollars, as I am taking care of my mother with dementia and severe hearing loss. I have to purchase new hearing aids, which are over $6000, and he referred me to a place where I can get a better brand for around $1500, therefore saving me thousands. I believe he should receive a bouquet of daisies, not just one. 

 I dreaded having to stay since my husband of 38 years died here. So please consider this as a dozen daisies because they don’t make many people with such good service anymore. Hold onto Martin as he is an excellent asset to this hospital.
