Keyosha leads by example, consistently elevating those around her while maintaining a clear focus on patient-centered care. What truly sets Keyosha apart is her commitment to self-reflection and growth.
I am honored to nominate and recognize Keyosha for the profound and lasting impact she has on both patients and team members. Keyosha leads with authenticity, humility, and an unwavering commitment to growth; not only for herself, but for everyone around her.
She consistently seeks out additional responsibility for the sole purpose of strengthening the team and improving patient care. Whether advancing her clinical expertise by becoming a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse, sitting with team members to understand their concerns and offering thoughtful guidance, or championing collaboration across departments, Keyosha demonstrates what true leadership looks like in action.
Her dedication to service is evident in both large and small ways. She has been a strong voice for our night shift team through interdisciplinary collaboration with Therapy as part of the Ready for Therapy workgroup, ensuring alignment and advocacy across departments. She also took the initiative to support team morale by organizing a snack and hydration station during Nurses Week 2025, an example of her attentiveness to team needs and her commitment to creating a supportive environment.
Keyosha leads by example, consistently elevating those around her while maintaining a clear focus on patient-centered care. What truly sets Keyosha apart is her commitment to self-reflection and growth. She actively seeks feedback, wants to understand what she is doing well, and continuously works to improve. More importantly, she translates that insight into meaningful action and results.
Keyosha embodies our vision, our values, and our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. She does not seek recognition, but she is more than deserving of it.
