"My 81-year-old dad was admitted to 5 North after his femur/hip replacement surgery. Not only is he recovering from an invasive surgery, but he also suffers from late-stage Alzheimer's. Steven was absolutely attentive to his care and needs. He was patient, understanding, and respectful. He remained calm and helped us through a challenging, combative stage that my dad went through. He checked in on my dad and us (as the family members) frequently. He came as soon as possible when called and always with a smile on his face. Steven is an exceptional nurse and an amazing human being! He deserves to be honored and recognized for his dedicated service to his patients."
