Jonathan joined the Case Management department 4+ years ago, and he has become a truly valued team member over that time. Jonathan brought a wealth of experience from his last position at Salt Lake Regional, as he worked with a very challenging patient population of homeless and unfunded patients. He has absolutely built upon that foundation here at St. Mark's, developing new skills along the way, and generously sharing his knowledge with the team. Jonathan is laid back but thorough, bringing a sense of calm to the most complex situations. He is willing to accept any task assigned to him and has even taken on leadership roles within the department, such as arranging daily staff assignments and coordinating the weekend schedule. We are so proud to nominate Jonathan for the Daisy Award and look forward to seeing his continued growth.

Jonathan goes above and beyond every day, helping patients return to their facilities or be placed in new ones. Specifically, with a patient in 5n01 who has been here for a while and no place will accept her, Jonathan worked hard and did his absolute best to find a place that would. We would be absolutely lost if we didn't have him helping us daily.
