Without hesitation, Katie coordinated assistance, provided attentive clinical care, and ensured the patient’s comfort and dignity were upheld every step of the way.

What truly set Katie apart was the personal connection she built. From keeping medications on track to offering comfort, reassurance, and meaningful conversation, her compassionate presence made a lasting impression during a challenging hospital stay.

When the patient returned six weeks later for another surgery, Katie remembered their prior experience and proactively advocated for a care plan that prioritized comfort and rest. Thanks to her attentiveness and advocacy, the patient’s second stay was similarly positive.
