During my stay in the hospital, Taylor was assigned to my care. I wish to nominate Taylor for extraordinary care and compassion during this stay. From the moment she began her care for me, she treated my daughter and me with a level of kindness and dignity that went far beyond that of regular routine nursing care.

When I was scared, Taylor held me close and reassured me in a way that made me feel safe and comforted. She never made me feel like I was just another patient; she treated me like I really and truly mattered. Taylor also took her care to another level when she had the staff bring my daughter to the room during my procedure. Having her stand at the curtain while she held me made me feel less afraid.

Taylor took a rough time and emotional time and turned it into a personal experience. My daughter noticed her Disney Crocs and made a comment on how we love Disney. She took time again to share memories and photos with me, creating small moments of joy and connection. She was warm, patient, and genuine with my care. She listened and paid attention to every detail to make sure I always felt loved, heard, supported, and cared for.

Taylor made certain we had the necessary paperwork in order. She was always listening to my needs and dealing with my sass! During one of the hardest moments I have faced. Taylor made us feel like we mattered. I truly wish every nurse could be just like Taylor.
