I came in with a GI bleed after being transferred from Bentonville due to the GI doctor being available here. During my second night, I had severe abdominal pressure and pain. So much that I was panicked and scared.

I have autism and find social interactions to be hard at times. Mr. Josh stands out because in 40 years of being alive, I have never seen anyone more perfect to be an RN. He was calm, attentive, and compassionate, and all around a beacon of light when everything else felt so traumatic. He made sure to advocate for me and took care of anything my husband or I could need.

He was very professional and very present. One major issue I have had with the medical staff is the lack of attention to detail. Josh did not miss a beat, and I rarely had to ask for anything as he was on top of everything and did so with a smile and the best bedside manner I have ever seen. It is too easy to be numb to human suffering when you see it often, but not Mr. Josh. His empathy and compassion are unmatched.

Thank you, Josh, for being the best medical provider I have ever had. You have restored my trust in Northwest in a big way. P.S. My husband also wanted to praise Josh, as he was super attentive to him as well. Made sure he had pillows and blankets and even towels to wash up.
