Angela is the very definition of what a nurse should be—kind, compassionate, hardworking, and endlessly dedicated to her patients and colleagues alike. Throughout her 26 years of service in Our Lady’s Hospital Navan, she has shown exceptional care, professionalism, and humanity in everything she does.

Angela has not only been an outstanding nurse but also a trusted friend, mentor, and source of support to so many within Bective Ward and beyond. During some of the most difficult times, including her work on the COVID ward, she continued to provide comfort, strength, and reassurance to both patients and staff with remarkable courage and grace.

She is deeply respected and loved by everyone who has had the privilege of working alongside her, and her DAISY Award for Lifetime Achievement is truly well deserved. Angela’s legacy of kindness, compassion, and excellence in nursing will live on for many years to come.
