Sydney took excellent care of my mom. She was friendly, kind, competent, and professional. Though she was very busy, she frequently checked on my mom, was unhurried, and took the time to ask questions and to make sure we had what we needed. She explained the plan, tests, and meds clearly and understandably. She said things like, “Sorry, this will be cold,” or “ I apologize for the discomfort, " which showed she really cared. We appreciated her sweet personality and many smiles. She expressed gratitude for assistance from other staff and me. She got warm blankets for my mom and always made sure she was comfortable. She microwaved the ice cream so my mom could eat it easily, and even made a milkshake for me! Her pleasant personality and exemplary care and service are an asset to this hospital.
