Ryanna is highly skilled and always ready to help. Ryanna is personable with her patients and always takes the time to make sure their needs are met. She does all the little things that make a patient's day. My patients love having her as their nurse extern. She has a positive attitude and works well with our team. Ryanna has been a pleasure to have on our team. As a nurse extern, she receives many requests to work in various units across the hospital. She is flexible and able to move among the sitter, unit secretary, PCT, or monitor tech at a moment's notice, and she does so with grace and enthusiasm. Ryanna is a team player and puts patients first, as evidenced by the compliments nurse leadership receives during Nurse Leader Rounding. Ryanna is tenacious and always keeps moving toward her mark of becoming an RN. She does not let any setbacks or disappointments hold her down. I appreciate seeing her grow in her career and am so thankful that she has chosen PBRMC as the place to share her talent and connected compassionate care.
