I was a patient on the 3rd floor for several days, not knowing how things would go. It was up and down with me. Natalie was wonderful, very patient, kind, and comforting at my scariest moments. I had a good team day and night through the hospital, but Natalie was the best. She always made me feel comfortable and safe, like everything was OK. So, thank you to Natalie.
