Amie is a wonderful leader. Her door is always open to her team. She always lets us know where she will be and how we can find her if we ever need any help. She is available to answer any and all questions, no matter how trivial or complex. We are so happy to work for this clinic with her leading the way, paving a path to our success. No questions or concerns are ever seen as a burden to her, and she will ensure that we feel heard. She welcomes open communication. Amie works with us and is always there for support, even if she has many things she is dealing with herself. She leads by example.
