"I had an extremely positive experience with this nurse. Carissa was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and communicated well with my aide. She never seemed overwhelmed by the fact that I am a very complex patient who has had cancer three times. I was recently diagnosed with a recurrence of cancer.

Carissa truly seemed to understand what I was going through and demonstrated a high level of compassion and competence in handling all of it, including dealing with the severe fatigue I experienced and the brain fog I had from radiation. She was able to remain calm and reassuring when I had significant fluctuations in my blood pressure and pulse. Carissa was knowledgeable about all my medications and made sure I took them properly.

Not only is Carissa a superb nurse clinically, but she was also exceptionally caring, patient, understanding, and empathic. I never felt rushed when she was here, and she attended to all my problems with care. I would recommend Carissa without reservation to any patient, facility, or organization. I am very appreciative that I was lucky enough to get her as my nurse."
