Betty is loved by one of our more challenging patients and daughters. She is very patient with them and provides care that caters to their needs. She makes them feel heard, which helps them deal with the frustration of their situation.

 Whenever they speak with managers, they praise her. She is very empathetic with them, which makes them love her so much more! Another family member stated, “This nurse is always gentle and takes good care of my loved one. She looks forward to her visits. Betty is always able to accommodate, and she is on top of everything, making sure the patient's needs are met, even if she is off.”
