A patient shared the following in a letter of appreciation:

"I've been a patient under your service for several episodes. This nurse has been professional, attentive, and has treated me very well. I've been looking forward to the weekly visits, and now that I'm being discharged from service, I will miss Ibarra dearly. If I am a patient under the VNA again, I would like to have this nurse take care of me or any of my family. Ibarra is an asset to your organization and humanity. I will miss you.”
